Cascade is a from-scratch clone of the classic falling-blocks puzzle Tetris. Seven shapes fall one by one into a ten-wide well; slide and rotate each one as it drops and pack them tight. Fill a full horizontal row and it clears, raining everything above it down a line — clear four rows at once for the big points. The blocks fall faster as you level up; the game ends when the stack reaches the top.
The rules, the way the next shape is chosen, the speed curve, the scoring and the level progression all follow the classic game as closely as is reasonable. Pick a starting level for a head start, peek at the next shape, turn the sound on or off, and go fullscreen for the full effect.
